Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 3/4 cup cinnamon imperial candies
- 12 apples (peeled, cored and chopped)

Step 1
She started it over low heat. Bring to slow boil and Cook until thickened. I do the apples 4 at a time, that way they began to break down in batches. That way I have chucky applesauce by the time the last of the apples are soft. Grandma never measured anything much that I can remember so the amounts are mine. This makes 1 batch. It freezes very well.
