Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread, broken into pieces
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 lrg carrots, finely grated
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2-1/2 lbs ground beef
- 3 ggs
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1/4 c catsup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Whirl bread in foodo processer to make fine crumbs, pur in milk and let crumbs absorb milk. Add meat, eggs, carrots, horseradish & onion soup mix. Pat into 5" x 9" load or round tube pan. Mix catsup, brown sugar & mustard and spread over top. Cook, uncovered 25 at 350 or microwave at full power for 10 mins.
