Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 lb chicken wings, and drummettes
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, whisk butter with mustard until smooth.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels; add to butter mixture along with Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary and pepper; toss to coat. Arrange on parchment paper–lined rimmed baking sheet.
Bake in 425ºF oven, turning once, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced, about 25 minutes.
