  • 2 1/2 C old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 C slivered Almonds
  • 1/3 C craisins
  • 1/2 C maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Greek yogurt, if desired
  • Heat oven to 300 degrees. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • In medium bowl, combine the oats, almonds, craisins, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well until combined, then spread onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through or until golden brown.
  • Remove baking sheet to wire rack and let cool completely. Add to Greek yogurt, if desired.
