Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- Filling:
- 1 ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup conf. sugar
- 1 ¼ chilled whipping cream
- 18 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- Glaze:
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 4 oz finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Mix all ingredients in a 9” pie pan. Press into bottom and up sides of pan. Freeze
Filling: Beat in mixer peanut butter, cream cheese, ½ cup con. Sugar, and butter. In a clean, dry mixer beat whipping cream with ½ c sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until peaks form. Stir in ¼ cream into peanut butter mixture, then fold in remaining cream. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until firm.
Glaze: Bring cream to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Cool slightly, pour over filling. Tilt pan to coat top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
