Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 egg whites

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Mix flour-salt. Add milk-egg. Stir just to combine. Pour into sprayed pan.
3. Bake 20-25 mins.
