Chicken Pot Pie (Impossibly Easy)
This pot pie couldn't be easier! It's loaded with chicken and vegetables in a creamy sauce and baked under an impossibly easy crust.

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups Green Giant Steamers frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 egg

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in a bowl, and pour into ungreased class pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate on top of the chicken and vegetable mixture.
3. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
Note: Add more flavor by stirring 1/2 tsp of your favorite dried herb into the veggie mixture. Oregano, basil, thyme and dill weed are all great choices.
