Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups picante V8 juice - or - 1 btl bloody mary mix
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (1/2 pkg)
- 1 can Ortega tomatoes & chiles
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans
- 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tea. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tea. pepper

Step 1
COOK beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned, drain. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hrs. or until heated through.
