Ingredients
- 2 small acorn squash
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. bulk hot Italian sausage

Step 1
Cut squash in half; clean seeds from cavity. Put a fourth of maple syrup, butter and sausage in each cavity. Place squash on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender.
