Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 chopped green pepper
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 , 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Brown meat. Remove meat from pan and cook onion, garlic, celery, green pepper and Macaroni in meat drippings until macaroni is brown. Return meat and add tomato sauce, water, parsley, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Top with cheese.
