Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stewing meat
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worchester sauce

Step 1
Brown meat in hot oil, add next six ingredients, 1/2 cup water, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover and cook over low heat till meat is tender approximately 2 hours. Combine for teaspoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, add to beef mixture, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Serve over spaghetti.
