Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) half & half
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Step 1
Heat the cream with sugar in a double boiler. Cool. Mash bananas and mix with the coconut. Add to the cooled cream.
Freeze according to directions of ice cream maker.
