Ingredients
- 4 CUPS COOKED RICE
- 8-12 OZ.HAM
- 10-12 -GREEN ONIONS
- 1 LARGE JALAPENO PEPPER (SEEDED & DEVEINED)
- 2 EGGS
- 1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE MORE OR LESS AS NEEDED
- 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER

Preparation
Step 1
MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET. ADD HAM,ONIONS,AND PEPPER. COOK
ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT APPROXIMATELY 3-5 MINUTES. ADD EGGS, SCRAMBLE
MIXING WITTH HAM,ONIONS AND PEPPER.
WHEN EGS ARE ALMOST COOKED BUT STILL SOFT, ADD RICE THEN SOY SAUCE.
STIR UNTIL EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY MIXED.
