Ingredients
- 2 cups diced potatoes (1lb)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups boiling wter
- 1/4 cup marg.
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheese grated
- 2 1/2 tsp worchershire souce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine potato, onion, salt, and water. Simmer covered 10 minutes. Set aside (do not drain). melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Blend in milk until smooth. Simmer until thickened. Remove from heat. Add cheese until melted. Add veg's and worcestershire sauce. Heat, do not boil. Srinkle with paprika.
