  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1 c fine bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs - slightly beaten

Step 1

Mix beef, 1 c salsa, bread crumbs, & eggs. Mold into a loaf. Bake @ 350, 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Drain off drippings. Top w/ remaining salsa for last 5 min.
