Ingredients
- 15 oz frozen or fresh strawberries
- 4 cups sliced rhubarb
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp tapioca
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Combine all ingredients and put into a microwave baking dish. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
