Ingredients
- 1 c starter
- 2 c warm water
- 2 1/2 c plain flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1/3 c half-n-half
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tsp soda

Preparation
Step 1
Mix starter, water, and flour in bowl and cover. Leave at room temperature overnight. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to bubble for app. 10 minutes. Bake on hot griddle. Use 1/4 c scoop for each.
