Ingredients
- 24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Cup drained and chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 TBS oil from sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 TBS chopped garlic
- 3/4 lb broccoli rage, roughly chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper and chili powder
2. Heat olive oil and sun-dried tomato oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
3. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes, tossing once or twice.
4. Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and broccoli rabe, cook another 2-3 minutes, tossing once or twice.
5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and zest.
