Ingredients
- 1 each lemon, lime and orange
- 1 apple
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 bottle (750 mL) cava or sparkling dry white wine
- 2 cups ice cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Quarter lemon, lime, orange and apple; seed and thinly slice. Place slices in pitcher; stir in sugar and salt. Let stand for 1 hour. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
Add brandy; slightly mash fruit. Stir in cava and ice. Serve immediately.
When nectarines and peaches are in season, add them to the mix.
