- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add cinnamon-vanilla.
2. Fold in flour, making a stiff dough. Chill 1-2 hours.
3. Heat oven to 350.
4. Form dough into 1" balls.
5. Mix sugar and cinnamon, roll dough in this mixture. Bake on a buttered baking sheet 15-20 minutes; cool on a wire rack.
Notes: Taste like cinnamon Mexican wedding cookies. Very good and quite easy. Not light.
Might be better to roll the cookies in the sugar mixture AFTER baking.
