Mint Brownie Bars

Ingredients

• Mint frosting:
• 1 9" x 13" brownie mix
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp. warm water
• 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
• 3 drops green food coloring
• Chocolate topping:
• 1/2 to 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips
• 6 tbstp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Make brownie mix as directed.

Mint frosting - mix together and spread on cooled brownies.

Chocolate topping - melt together in mocrowave. Pour over brownies.
