  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 Tb whole milk
  • 3 Tb butter
  • 1 Tb sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small glass bowl over simmering water.

Melt over very low heat, whisking frequently.

Continue to whisk occasionally until the sauce is velvety smooth.

Drizzle over ice cream or fruit. Enjoy!
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Re-warm gently before serving. Consume within a week.
