Ingredients
- 30 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
- 15 oz. Can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 3/4 to 2 Cups Water
- 1 1/2 Cup Long-Cooking Rice, uncooked
- 4 Pork Chops
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes with juice, water and rice in a slow cooker; mix well. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; add to slow cooker, pressing them down into the liquid. If they are not covered, add more water. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours, adding more water if needed. Serves 4.
