Pork and Rice in Tomato Sauce

  • 30 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
  • 15 oz. Can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 3/4 to 2 Cups Water
  • 1 1/2 Cup Long-Cooking Rice, uncooked
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • Salt & Pepper to taste



Step 1

Combine tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes with juice, water and rice in a slow cooker; mix well. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; add to slow cooker, pressing them down into the liquid. If they are not covered, add more water. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours, adding more water if needed. Serves 4.
