Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup margarine (1 stick)
- ½ peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together at medium speed margarine and peanut butter in mixer until smooth. Add sugars and mix. Add egg and vanilla, mix. Gradually add remaining dry ingredients. Shap dough into 1” balls, flatten with fork. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350.
