- Celery
- Carrots
- Red onion
- Green onions
- Boneless chicken breasts
- Butter
- Flour
- Chicken soup stock
- Lemon pepper
- Whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add celery, carrots, onions and chicken. Remove chicken. Add flour, stirring constantly to form rue. Add stock slowly, stirring constantly. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and add to broth.
Add lemon pepper and whipped cream.
