Preparation

Step 1

1. Dissolve yeast in water, set aside.

2. Mix sugar and milk. Stir into yeast/water mixture. Add salt and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Add oil. Gradually mix in remaining flour until dough is stiff enough to handle. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in sprayed bowl, turning to coat on all sides. Cover and let rise until doubled.

3. Roll out dough, spread with half of butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle all but 1 tb over dough. Roll up lengthwise jelly-roll style. Shape into a loaf and cut into 2 parts. Pinch ends together and tuck under. Place in 2 sprayed loaf pans, spread rest of butter on top, sprinkle with reserved cinnamon-sugar.

4. Bake at 375 until done, about 50 mins. Cool out of pans on wire rack.

Notes: Excellent and easy!
