Ingredients

  • 4 thin slices of cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 10 oz 18% cream
  • 400 g fresh Fettucine pasta
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Step 1

In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add ham, garlic, salt, pepper and cream. Bring the cream to a boil and remove from heat. Set aside.

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook fresh fettucine for 3 to 4 minutes until just al dente.

Return cream mixture to heat, add parmesan cheese, stir to mix thoroughly and bring again to boil. Drain pasta, add it to the cream and mix lightly. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
