Ingredients
- 3 pkgs (3 oz) chicken flavored ramen
- 1 pkg (12 oz) broccoli slaw
- 1 Cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 Cup frozen peas
- 3/4 Cup corn
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/3 Cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds

Step 1
Set the seasoning packets for the ramen aside. Crush the noodles into a salad bowl; add the slaw, onion, peas and corn. Toss to mix.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the sugar oil, vinegar and men seasoning packets. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Pour the hot dressing over the slaw mixture and toss.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Toss in the sunflower seeds just before serving.
