Ingredients
- 1 pound chopped milk or bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 pound chopped white chocolate
- 3/4 cup chopped candy cans

Step 1
Line an 11x17" baking sheet with foil; set aside. Melt dark chocolate in microwave for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Stir. Cook fo r15 to 30 second intervals stirring in between until chocolate is melted. Stir in 1/4 tsp peppermint extract or more to taste. spread chocolate evenly onto the prepared sheet. Chill until set, about 1 hour. Melt white chocolate in same manner as the dark. Stir in peppermint extract. Spread over dark chocolate spreading to edge and top with crushed candy canes. Chill until set, about 4 hours or overnight. Break or cut into pieces. Keep refrigerated, will keep in fridge about 5-6 weeks
