Florentine Ravioli

Ingredients
- 20 ounces frozen cheese ravioli, or tortellini
- 6 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 16 ounces frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook ravioli. Drain and set aside.
2. Saute garlic in 2 tsp oil until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add salt-water; cook until spinach has thawed, wilted, and heated through, 5-7 minutes.
3. Serve with pasta. Drizzle rest of olive oil on top, then cheese.
Notes: This was somewhere between good and very good - would repeat. Easy as can be and healthy. Would improve with a tad more garlic and cheese. Left off the extra drizzle of oil at the end.
