Cream Cheese Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth (14 oz)
- 1 block reduced fat cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onions (can use real)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, bring broth to a boil. Add cream cheese; stir until melted and combined. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Add minced onions, garlic, red pepper flakes and s&p. Reduce heat to simmer and cook about 5 minutes.
Notes: I wanted to bring this back to light since I always enjoy it. Sdcook originally posted it and I love using it. Tonight it went with artichoke hearts, zucchini, sundried tomatoes and shelled edamame on Barilla Plus thin spaghetti.
