Ingredients
- Apple Cider Syrup:
- 1/2 ounce Apple Cider Syrup
- 1 ounce Apple Brandy
- 6 ounces Wheat Beer or Pumpkin Ale
- Apple Slice (To Garnish)
- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the Cider Syrup and the Apple Brandy in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain mixture into a collins Glass.
Top with chilled Beer and garnish with a slice of Apple.
Apple Cider Syrup:
Preheat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring the Apple Cider and Nutmeg to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow the Cider to reduce to 1/4 cup. Remove from heat and cool. It will become syrupy once it cools. Use or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
