Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger root, minced
- 2 cups rice
- 3/4 cup light coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute garlic and ginger in oil 30 seconds.
2. Add rice. Cook 1 min. Add milk, salt, 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 18-20 mins.
Notes: Very good - repeater.
