Ingredients

  • makes 54 meatball poppers
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 recipe The Best Ever Sweet and Sour Sauce(Also can be found on key ingredients)

Preparation

Step 1



Preheat oven to 350

Combine ingredients and mix with hands to combine. Using a 1 tablespoon
scoop to portion, lightly shape the scoops into meatballs using your
hands to roll them. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with sweet and
sour sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
