  • 2 about 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1 can fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut into about 6 to 8 pieces (like you would with potatoes salad), boil in water for about 20 minutes unless soft - drain
mix- potatoes, broth, milk - cook until boiling (about 15 minutes)
add some bacon, cheese - cook for about another 5 minutes

Serve and top with bacon, cheese, sour cream.
