Ingredients
- 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
- 4 TBS butter
- 2 C Bisquick
- 1/3 C milk
- 1/2 C raspberry/apricot/blackberry seedless preserves, whichever flavor you prefer

Preparation
Step 1
Cut cream cheese and butter into bisquick til crumbly. Blend in milk. Turn out onto floured surface and knead 8-10 times. On waxed paper, roll dough to 8"by 12" rectangle. Flip onto cookie sheet and remove paper. Spread preserves down center of rectangle. Make 2 1/2 cuts at one inch intervals, leaving center uncut. Fold strips over filling, creating illusion of braids. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Frosting:
1 C powdered sugar
2 TBS milk
1/2 t vanilla.
Combine and drizzle over cooled pastry.
Yummy warm or cold.
