Ingredients
- 2 cups fat free or 2% Greek yogurt
- 3 tbs mayo (I used the olive oil kind)
- 2 tbs honey or agave nectar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup finely shredded kale
- 1 cup finely shredded spinach
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped water chestnuts, drained (optional)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayo, honey or agave, garlic cloves, salt, pepper and paprika until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve – this dip can be prepared up to 2 days in advance.
