Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- butter
- chopped onion
- sliced celery
- carrots
- turnip
- potatoes
- 1-2 cans tomato soup
- salt & pepper

Step 1
Brown beef in butter and put at the bottom of oven casserole dish. Add a layer of each vegetable and 2-3 potatoes. Pour tomato soup over vegetables, salt and pepper and butter knots. Cover and bake in 400˚F (204˚C) over for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
