Step 1
Soak a cedar plank in water for 3 to 4 hours; weight down to hold underwater. 2 Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Drain 1 tub (227 g)ComplimentsRoasted Garlic Bruschetta Topping in a sieve. Slice thin layer of rind off top of a 200 g Compliments Brie Double Creme Cheese. 3 Place cedar plank on grill, close lid until you see smoke, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Spoon bruschetta topping overcheese.
Open lid and carefully place cheese on
cedar plank. Close lid and cook until
cheese begins to melt, about 12 minutes.
Do not leave barbecue while cheese is
heating. Carefully transfer smoking plank
to a heatproof surface.
4Sprinklecheese with 1 green onion, thinly sliced diagonally, and drizzle with 1 tbsp (15 mL) Compliments Sensations Toscano PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Serve warm with water crackers
