Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1 package yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix flour and 1 tsp cumin.
2. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water. Let stand 10 mins.
3. Add rest of water-salt. and 2 tb butter. Mix with flour. Knead. Place in bowl. Brush with rest of butter. Let rise 2 hours.
4. Heat oven to 400.
5. Divide dough into 16ths. Place balls on sprayed baking sheet. Let rise 30 mins. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cumin.
6. Bake 15 mins.
Notes: Very good - repeater.
