Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 ml Thickened Cream
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 10 g Sugar
- 1 Tsp Cornflour
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence

Preparation
Step 1
*Simmer Milk, Cream & Vanilla on low over stove
*Whisk Egg yolks, Sugar & Cornflour in a bowl
*Pour hot milk mixture into egg mixture and stir
*Return to stove & stir until custard thickens.
*Allow to cool and add cinnamon on top.
