Ingredients
- 2 T horseradish mustard (French's or supermarket brand)
- 6 slices white bread
- 6 slices Muenster cheese
- 4 T butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread horseradish mustard on 1 slice of bread & layer w/2 slices of cheese. Top w/a 2nd slice of bread. Butter outside of sandwich on both sides.
2. Grill sandwich in a lg skillet over med heat for about 3 min, or until bread is lightly browned on 1 side. Flip over w/a spatula, & continue to grill until cheese has melted. Remove from skillet & cut off crusts.
3. Slice each sandwich diagonally in 1/2 until you have 8 wedges.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for remaining sandwiches.
