Ingredients
- 9 " pie shell - baked - brush w/egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1 cup sugar, water, yolks, cornstarch and lemon juice in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. remove from heat and add cheese. Blend well. Make meringe w 1/4 cup sugar and whites. Fold into cooled lemon mixture and spoon into pie shell. Chill 2 hours
