Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup broken pecan meats
1/2 cup 4X confectioners' sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter; stir in flour and nuts. Add vanilla.Mix well. Shape into small balls;place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes, or until slightly browned. While still warm, roll cookies in the confectioners' sugar. Cool before serving.
