Ingredients
- 1/2 large bag of loose hash browns
- 1 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Thaw hash browns for 5 minutes in microwave on medium setting. Pat/spread over the bottom of a 9 x 9 inch square baking pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Add chopped ham & grated cheddar cheese. Beat the eggs and milk together until smooth. Pour over the potatoes, ham, and cheese. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 40-55 minutes.
May be prepared the night before.
