Chex Muddy Buddies

Ingredients

• 9 cups Chex cereal
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cereal into large bowl and set aside. In a 1 qt. mixing bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high 1-1.5 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 min. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until well coated. Add powdered sugar and shake to coat pieces evenly. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
