Step 1
• Spray inside of Crate & Barrel poach pods with non-stick cooking spray.
• Bring ½ inch of water to a boil in a sauté pan.
• Reduce heat to simmer and crack eggs into pods and float in water. Cover pan with a lid and cook 4 minutes, or to desired firmness.
• Remove pods from water and run a spoon around the edge of the egg. Slide egg onto plate.
