3/4 cup dutch-process cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups lowfat buttermilk
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup brewed coffee, strong
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Mix flour-salt.
3. Add buttermilk-vanilla. Beat well. Add coffee. Pour into pan.
4. Bake 35-40 mins.
5. Mix sugar-buttermilk. Drizzle over cake.
