Ingredients
- 1 15 oz cream cheese
- 1 15 oz can whole corn
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 8 oz sour cream

Mix all together by hand. Spray a 9 X 13 pan, bake in preheated 425 oven. 45 min until golden brown.
