Jiffy Corn Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 15 oz cream cheese
• 1 15 oz can whole corn
• 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
• 2 beaten eggs
• 2 sticks melted butter
• 8 oz sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together by hand. Spray a 9 X 13 pan, bake in preheated 425 oven. 45 min until golden brown.
